Rose City Park United Methodist Church has been located on the corner of NE 58th and Alameda since it was founded here in 1913. It grew in importance in the community to the point that it was once recognized as one of the 1,000 most significant Protestant churches in America.
The church was originally located in a building called “the Little Brown Church” which was eventually replaced in 1925 by the current structure.
